The safe option. Your timetable stays private and everyone gets their own username and password.
Quicker, but there is no sign-in and no privacy: anyone who gets the web address can read every student name, meeting link and WhatsApp group. Only pick this if the address stays inside your team.
Works with no internet permissions at all — useful for trying the board before you host it. In your Google Sheet: File → Download → Comma-separated values, once per timetable tab. Then pick the files here.

Last step. Set a username and password so the board asks for a sign-in instead of opening straight to your students.
This lock lives on this device. It keeps the board from opening on its own, but it is not as strong as the Apps Script sign-in, which checks passwords on Google's side.

New accounts need an invite code and a supervisor's approval before they work. Teachers who have their own timetable link do not need to sign in at all.
